Meet Andrew Patchan

Andrew Patchan joined Bryan Green Law in 2026 and is a skilled and battle-tested personal injury attorney with about a decade of experience fighting for victims of negligence and wrongdoing.

Known for his relentless advocacy and compassion for his clients, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results in tough cases. He brings that same mindset to Bryan Green Law.

Andrew Patchan's Experience and Credentials

A proven trial lawyer, Andrew has represented clients in more than a dozen jury trials and has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. His past experience extends beyond personal injury to include arbitration of consumer protection disputes and even intricate constitutional matters. No matter the challenge, Andrew brings the same aggressive, client-first approach — fighting tirelessly to maximize recovery and deliver justice.

His dedication and results have earned him repeated recognition as a Texas Top 40 Under 40 Civil Litigation Plaintiff’s Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers (2019–2021 and 2024), as well as selection as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2023 through 2026 — an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the state.

Before joining Bryan Green Law PLLC, Andrew worked alongside Bryan Green at one of the nation’s most respected plaintiff firms where his practice was focused on major truck crashes and catastrophic injury cases. He also previously played a pivotal role in building a personal injury department for a commercial law firm — growing it from a handful of cases into a robust practice while serving as the lead attorney of the department.

Clients trust Andrew because they know he combines deep legal experience with genuine care for their well-being. When Andrew is not advocating for his clients and fighting to hold insurance companies accountable, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
